As our resident Food Scientist, Victoria brings her inquisitive mind to the mysteries of everyone’s favourite food – coffee. After completing her degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Buenos Aires, Victoria put on her lab coat and began putting her skills to work in her homeland of Argentina. But the call of coffee was too strong. After working as a barista while travelling she ended up in Sydney where she joined our Coffee Science & Education Centre – adding her skills to help us unravel the secrets of coffee. When she’s not busting coffee myths, Victoria is probably enjoying a lively game of ‘Supball’ (yes, it’s a real sport) at Manly beach.
