Terms and Conditions:

1. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Seven Miles Coffee Roasters will be conducting the giveaway.
3. The competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over.
4. The delivery address for the La Marzocco Espresso Machine must be in Australia.
5. The official competition period commences at 12:00am on 04/10/2023 and ends at 11:59pm on 31/10/2023. 
6. The competition prize winner (1) will be drawn after 12 noon on Wednesday 1st November 2023 at Seven Miles Coffee Roasters, 75 Kenneth Rd, Manly Vale NSW 2093.
7. The winner will be notified by email and announced on the official competition post. The prize winner will have 10 business days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond by Tuesday 14th November 2023, Seven Miles will redraw the prize.
8. Seven Miles Coffee Roasters employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win the prizes.
9. Seven Miles Coffee Roasters reserve the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time.
10. Your privacy is important to us. Seven Miles Coffee Roasters collects personal information for the purposes of sending you newsletters, processing and administering entries to the competition, and provision of a prize.
11. If you agree when submitting your entry, your information will be passed on to our Third-Party competition supporter, La Marzocco for the purpose of sending you newsletters only.
12. Your information will not be passed on to any other Third Party.
13. All entries to the 2023 La Marzocco x Seven Miles October competition are hereby agreeing to receive newsletters from Seven Miles Coffee Roasters. Customers can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
14. The total prize pool is valued at AUD 6,647. The total value of all prizes is under AUD 10,000.
15. The Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
16. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
    
    (a) inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information; The promoter (Seven Miles Coffee Roasters) is not responsible or liable for:
    (b) non-receipt of entries for any reason;
    (c) problems or technical failures of any kind;
    (d) unavailability or inaccessibility of any service or website;
    (e) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
    (f) electronic or human error; or
    (g) any damage or loss (direct or indirect) suffered by reason of any act or omission of the Promoter, its employees, or contractors in relation to entry into this competition or supply of a prize.

19. To enter the competition, you must place an order over $50 (online at www.sevenmiles.com.au). Every order over $50 counts as 1 entry. You can enter as many times as you'd like during the promotion period, so if you place two orders over $50 between 04/10/2023 and 31/10/2023 it'll count as 2 entries. 20. All active subscribers who spend over $50 in the promotion period are automatically in the draw, but you will need to fill in the form to complete your entry.
