Terms and Conditions: 

  1. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
  2. Seven Miles Coffee Roasters will be conducting the giveaway. 
  3. The competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over. 
  4. The delivery address for the Breville Espresso Machine must be in Australia. 
  5. The official competition period commences at 12:00am on 2nd October 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on 31st October 2024. 
  6. The competition prize winner (1) will be drawn after 12 noon on Friday 1st November 2024 at Seven Miles Coffee Roasters, 75 Kenneth Rd, Manly Vale NSW 2093. 
  7. The winner will be notified by email and announced on the official competition website page. The prize winner will have until November 15th, 2024 to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond by this date, Seven Miles will redraw the prize. 
  8. Seven Miles Coffee Roasters employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win the prize. 
  9. Seven Miles Coffee Roasters reserve the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time. 
  10. Your privacy is important to us. Seven Miles Coffee Roasters collects personal information for the purposes of sending you newsletters, processing and administering entries to the competition, and provision of a prize. 
  11. The total prize pool is valued at AUD 4,114.60. The total value of all prizes is under AUD 10,000. 
  12. The Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 
  13. The Prize consists of a Breville Oracle® Jet espresso machine in Sea Salt colour. Please note that the colour is not changeable. The coffee subscription included is for Seven Miles “The Cat's Pyjamas." This subscription cannot be swapped for another blend unless the alternative has the same recommended retail price (RRP). 
  14. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
