What is Seven Miles' return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@sevenmiles.com.au or call 1300 132 507. We'll assess the issue and make it right.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If your order hasn't arrived within 8 business days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll follow it up with Australia Post on your behalf.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund is automatically applied to your original payment method. Allow a few extra days for your bank or card provider to process and post it.
