How do I sign up for a coffee subscription?

We made it super easy to sign up to one of our coffee subscriptions. Just click on your preferred blend above, select your frequency and grind and enjoy getting the coffee delivered straight to your door. Alternatively, you can browse the different coffees we offer and add your preferred coffee straight to the cart from the product page. You will need to create an account to ensure you can update your subscription later. If you don't have an account, you can create an account by clicking here.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

Nope, you’re free to cancel, pause or skip a shipment at any point.

What if I forget that I have a coffee delivery coming?

To ensure you won't forget about us (we know life can be busy), we'll send you an E-mail reminder 3 days before your next delivery and credit card charge.

What coffees are available?

All of our coffee blends and pods are available for recurring orders. Having trouble choosing? Check out our blend finder here.

We do not offer Single Origin coffees as a recurring order currently as we only buy limited amounts and rotate them frequently.

Does the coffee come ground or as whole beans?

That’s up to you! Don’t have a grinder? No stress, we can grind our 250g coffee bags according to how you will brew them at home. Our 1kg bags are available as whole beans only.

Can I still swap my coffee after I've signed up?

Yes, you can. Just log into your customer portal and swap to your preferred blend. There is no limit on how many times you can change your beans, so you can try them all!

Can you explain the different grind options?

Sure can. See below for our grind guide.

  • Plunger (Coarse Grind): this is the best option to select for French Press (Plunger), Cold Brew or Electric Percolator (excluding stovetop espresso - see below)
  • Filter (Medium Grind): this is the best option to select for manual pourover (e.g. v60, Melita), electric drip filter brewers (batch brew), or Aeropress (if using to brew 'filter' style coffee)
  • Stovetop (Medium/Fine Grind): this is the best option to select for Italian-style stovetop espresso makers (e.g. Bialetti, Moka)
  • Espresso (Fine): this is the best option for domestic, electric espresso machines (e.g. Sunbeam, Breville, etc)

When will my order be shipped?

We ship all our orders either the same or next day, depending when they were placed (except for weekends & public holidays). We use Australia Post for shipping. Please allow 3-5 days for standard shipping. Please note that delivery to more remote regional areas may take a little longer.

Also, ground coffee usually takes an extra day to arrive as we grind and pack these to order. Please check your AUS post shipping details for an estimated time of arrival. 

Do I save money by signing up to a subscription?

Yes, absolutely. By signing up for a recurring order, you save 10% versus the One-Time purchase price. Plus you get free shipping on subscriptions of 1kg coffee bags and 60 pack of pods!

When do I have to pay for my recurring delivery?

Your payment will be processed when the order is shipped!

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping Australia-wide for all subscription orders of 1kg coffee bags and 60-pack of pods or all orders over $50. You can find more details here.

Is a coffee subscription the same as a recurring order?

Yes, it is exactly the same thing, just different terminology.
