That’s Cultivar - a blend of specialty coffees sourced for their distinctive flavour, from farmers dedicated to producing the very best so you get the perfect cup every time. This blend is a unique combination of carefully selected washed and natural process beans from Colombia Popayan, Guatemala Huehuetenango, and Brazil Mantiqueira.
1kg bags are available as whole beans only. 250g bags are available in your preferred grind.
- Plunger (Coarse Grind): this is the best option to select for French Press (Plunger), Cold Brew or Electric Percolator (excluding stovetop espresso - see below)
- Filter (Medium Grind): this is the best option to select for manual pourover (e.g. v60, Melita), electric drip filter brewers (batch brew), or Aeropress (if using to brew 'filter' style coffee)
- Stovetop (Medium/Fine Grind): this is the best option to select for Italian-style stovetop espresso makers (e.g. Bialetti, Moka)
- Espresso (Fine): this is the best option for domestic, electric espresso machines (e.g. Sunbeam, Breville, etc)

This blend is a unique combination of carefully selected washed and natural process beans from Colombia Popayan, Guatemala Huehue, and Brazil Mantiqueira, resulting in a delectable light roast.

Ingredients: 100% Arabica Coffee Beans. Contains no additives or preservatives.
Origin: Colombia, Guatemala and Brazil
Blended, roasted, and packaged in NSW, Australia, from imported raw coffee beans.
1 – 2 cups daily - 250g per week
2 – 4 cups daily - 500g per week
6 – 8 cups daily - 1kg per week
Note: These guidelines are based on using 21-22 grams of coffee, our recommended dose size for double shots.
For optimal quality, store airtight in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
This recipe is for espresso and developed on a commercial coffee machine. Use as a guide to achieve your desired flavour preference. If you are unable to reproduce the exact result on your home machine, don’t panic, an alternative is to simply adjust your recipe using the ratio so it works best for your set up.
