The blend features a meticulously chosen combination of naturally processed coffees, renowned for their fruit-forward notes and irresistible flavours. In recognition of its exceptional quality, Wilde was honoured with a Gold Medal for Espresso (black) and a Bronze Medal for Cappuccino (milk) at the esteemed 2017 Australian International Coffee Awards.

- Plunger (Coarse Grind): this is the best option to select for French Press (Plunger), Cold Brew or Electric Percolator (excluding stovetop espresso - see below)
- Filter (Medium Grind): this is the best option to select for manual pourover (e.g. v60, Melita), electric drip filter brewers (batch brew), or Aeropress (if using to brew 'filter' style coffee)
- Stovetop (Medium/Fine Grind): this is the best option to select for Italian-style stovetop espresso makers (e.g. Bialetti, Moka)
- Espresso (Fine): this is the best option for domestic, electric espresso machines (e.g. Sunbeam, Breville, etc)

The current seasonal coffees in Wilde have been selected not only based on their outstanding flavour, but also based on our connection with the growers. This provides even greater control over coffee quality and helping to close the gap between coffee growers and customers.
Expertly crafted using a blend of natural and honey processes. Featuring single origins from Costa Rica Jaguar Honey, Ethiopia Guji Womberta, and Papua New Guinea Arufa, the coffee bursts a tantalising mix of fruity and caramel notes. With its complex and juicy light body.

Blended, roasted, and packaged in NSW, Australia, from imported raw coffee beans.

based on using 21-22 grams of coffee, our recommended dose size for double shots.

This recipe is for espresso and developed on a commercial coffee machine. Use as a guide to achieve your desired flavour preference. If you are unable to reproduce the exact result on your home machine, don’t panic, an alternative is to simply adjust your recipe using the ratio so it works best for your set up.
