- Filter (Medium Grind): this is the best option to select for manual pourover (e.g. v60, Melita), electric drip filter brewers (batch brew), or Aeropress (if using to brew 'filter' style coffee)
- Stovetop (Medium/Fine Grind): this is the best option to select for Italian-style stovetop espresso makers (e.g. Bialetti, Moka)
- Espresso (Fine): this is the best option for domestic, electric espresso machines (e.g. Sunbeam, Breville, etc)

coffee, our recommended dose size for double shots.

If you are unable to reproduce the exact result on your home machine, don’t panic, an alternative is to simply adjust your recipe using the ratio so it works best for your set up.
