Guatemala has been growing coffee since the 1700s, when Jesuit priests first planted it in monastery gardens. By the 1800s, it had replaced indigo as the country’s economic lifeline, shaping generations of farmers and flavours along the way.
This fully washed lot comes from the high-altitude slopes of La Libertad, where cool mountain air and mineral-rich soils create the perfect conditions for complexity in the cup.
