SHIPPING COSTS

Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

Orders under $50: $9.90 flat rate, Australia wide. Orders over $50: free shipping, Australia wide.

Coffee Subscriptions

Free shipping applies to all 1kg subscription orders over $50, plus all 60-pack pod subscriptions. Most 1kg bags qualify automatically. A small number of lower-priced blends may fall under the $50 threshold when the new 20% subscriber discount is applied, in which case standard shipping rates apply. 

Express Shipping (Australia Post) Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of items, total weight, parcel dimensions, and your delivery address. You'll see the exact cost once you've entered your delivery details.

We use Australia Post for all standard and express orders and never charge for handling or packaging.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

Standard orders placed on a weekday are dispatched within two business days. Most Australian deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Express orders placed before 12:30pm AEST on a weekday are dispatched the same day. While Express Post is Australia Post's fastest service, we cannot guarantee their next-business-day guarantee. For the latest updates, visit auspost.com.au.

All dispatch and delivery timeframes are based on business days only (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends, public holidays, and peak sale periods like Black Friday and End of Financial Year.

Heads up: Ground coffee orders take an extra day, as we grind and pack these fresh to order.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Running out of coffee is never fun. If your order hasn't arrived within 5-8 days, get in touch and we'll track it down for you.

What happens if my coffee arrives damaged?

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@sevenmiles.com.au or call 1300 132 507. We'll assess the issue and make it right.
