It's great for making special hot chocolates that aren't too sweet. The fine texture also works well for sprinkling on top or mixing with espresso.

This chocolate is the bees knees of chocolate. Its like a full bodied flavour and i dont want to be without it. I've only had 2 because i can only have it as a treat, but when i have it i savour every moment. Best chocolate I've had for many many years.
