About These Coffees
Indonesian Barokah Kerinci
The 320 farmers of the Koerintji Barokah Bersama Cooperative grow incredible coffee on the slopes of Mount Kerinci, yep, an actual volcano! This mineral-rich soil gives their beans next-level flavour. These farmers cultivate heirloom coffee varieties on small family farms (think backyard garden size) and use a super precise anaerobic washed process to bring out all the natural sweetness and clarity. By teaming up, they secure better prices, support, and resources to keep improving. The result? A standout coffee that’s smooth, vibrant, and packed with history, passion, and pure Indonesian magic in every sip.
What's the varietals, Andung Sari and Sigarar Utang?
Andung Sari and Sigarar Utang are types of coffee plants grown only in Indonesia, each with its own special taste. Andung Sari has a strong, earthy flavour, while Sigarar Utang is smooth with hints of chocolate and fruit. These coffees are special because they grow in Indonesia's rich, volcanic soil, which helps create unique flavours you won’t find in coffee from other places. They thrive in tough conditions, making them rare and highly sought after by coffee lovers for their bold, complex taste.

Rwanda Buliza
Grown in Rwanda’s Rulindo District, this coffee is the result of the hard work of smallholder farmers managing plots under one hectare. At elevations of 1,600–2,000m, these farms benefit from fertile volcanic soils and a cool climate, ideal for the Bourbon variety.
Harvest season sees cherries handpicked at peak ripeness, then meticulously sorted at the Buliza washing station, operated by RWACOF. After careful pulping, fermentation, and sun-drying for 14–21 days, the result is a coffee bursting with clarity and complexity.
