Fazenda Santa Mariana is a family‑owned estate located in Carmo da Cachoeira, in Brazil’s renowned Sul de Minas region, with a history that dates back to 1961. Spanning 145 hectares, the farm dedicates 67 hectares to coffee cultivation while preserving a significant portion of land as natural conservation area, reflecting a long‑term commitment to environmental stewardship.

Coffee is grown at elevations between 960 and 1,190 metres above sea level, where fertile soils, mild temperatures, and consistent rainfall create ideal conditions for producing balanced, expressive coffees.

Today, the farm is managed by Dr. Paulo Foresti Regina and his family, continuing decades of experience and refinement in coffee production. Each lot reflects careful farm management, attention to detail, and a focus on consistency and quality. This particular coffee showcases the elegance Sul de Minas is known for, with fruit‑forward sweetness, gentle spice, and a smooth, structured profile. It’s a reflection of both the region’s natural advantages and the family’s enduring dedication to producing exceptional Brazilian coffee.
