More About The Coffee
Indonesia Frinsa Manis is crafted at Java Frinsa Estate, a pioneering farm founded by Wildan Mustofa and his wife, Atieq Mustikaningtyas, in the Sindangkerta, Weninggalih region of West Java.
Since 2010, they’ve challenged convention by focusing on meticulous processing methods, fully washed and natural, while most Indonesian producers relied on wet-hulling.
The name Frinsa honours their children; Fikri, Rifda, Nadia, and Salsa, and their logo reflects this family connection with four coffee cherries and leaves. For this natural lot, ripe cherries are hand-selected, washed to remove floaters, and dried whole on tarpaulins under the sun, resulting in a clean, fruit-forward profile. Expect a cup that bursts with blood orange brightness, juicy strawberry sweetness, and a crisp green apple finish, showcasing the dedication and innovation that make Java Frinsa Estate a standout in the specialty coffee world.
