Chiroso is a very rare varietal, known for its vibrant fruit character and silky texture, and this lot shows it off in full colour. 

Grown by the legendary Vergara family, who’ve been shaping specialty coffee for three generations at their farm, Las Flores. This unique variety, combined with their meticulous natural processing brings out the signature fruity sparkle of this limited-edition coffee.

More About The Coffee

Fruit Punch comes from Las Flores, a family-run farm in Colombia’s Huila region, perched at 1,730–1,750m above sea level. The Vergara family has been tending these slopes since 1990, when the matriarch planted the first 18,000 coffee trees. Today, three generations later, the farm spans 14 hectares and grows more than 90,000 trees, with a reputation for bold experimentation and meticulous craft.

This lot is a rare Chiroso varietal, naturally processed to highlight its vibrant fruit character. All the coffee at Las Flores is handpicked and naturally dried to ensure consistency in quality. Expect a cup that leads with raspberry, tropical boozy notes, almond and chocolate, lifted by a crisp strawberry-like acidity and smoothed out with a sticky, winey body. The flavours linger long after your sip, leaving hints of almond and strawberry.
