More About The Coffee
Grown by two passionate brothers in Acevedo, Huila at 1,750m above sea level, this Colombia Washed Tabi is a true labour of love. The cherries are picked semi-ripe and go through an innovative fermentation process, including thermal shock and a hot-cold water “quench” to lock in vibrant berry notes. The result is a fruit-forward cup that’s clean, complex and beautifully balanced. Finished with precision drying in stainless steel, every step reflects the brothers’ commitment to quality and craft. This coffee is their story in a cuplayered, expressive, and uniquely Colombian way.
