Cold Gold
(Cold Brew with Hazelnut Cold Foam)
Flavor Profile: Smooth, bold, and just a little nutty. Like a cold brew in its Sunday best.
Ingredients:
- 200ml Goldilocks Blend cold brew
- 40ml Seven Miles Hazelnut Syrup
- 60ml full-cream milk
- Ice cubes
- Hazelnut cold foam (see tips below)
- Crushed hazelnuts for garnish
Steps:
- Add ice to a tall glass.
- Fill ¾ with cold brew.
- Float hazelnut cold foam on top by pouring slowly.
- Garnish with crushed hazelnuts.
Wilde Thing
(Espresso Tonic with Orange)
Flavor Profile: Bright, bubbly, and a little bit wild. Espresso meets citrus sparkle.
Ingredients:
- Double espresso (using Wilde Blend)
- 120ml tonic water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh orange slice
Steps:
- Add ice to a chilled glass.
- Fill ¾ with tonic water.
- Pour double espresso over tonic.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
Deluxe Iced Mocha
Flavor Profile: Chocolate on chocolate with a shot of attitude. Pure indulgence, iced.
Ingredients:
- Double espresso using The Cat’s Pyjamas Blend
- 150ml full-cream milk
- 1 scoop Seven Miles Deluxe Drinking Chocolate (40%)
- Ice cubes
- Chocolate cold foam
- Chocolate powder for garnish
Steps:
- Brew double espresso.
- Mix hot espresso with drinking chocolate until smooth.
- Add ice to a glass and fill ⅔ with milk.
- Pour espresso/chocolate mix over milk.
- Float chocolate cold foam on top.
- Garnish with chocolate powder.
Banana Bread Iced Latte
Flavor Profile: Like banana bread and coffee had a love child. Sweet, spiced, and totally irresistible.
Ingredients:
- Double espresso using Gusto Blend
- 150ml full-cream milk
- 8ml banana syrup
- Ice cubes
- Banana bread cold foam
- Cinnamon sugar for garnish
Steps:
- Add ice to a glass and fill ⅔ with milk.
- Pour espresso over milk.
- Float banana bread cold foam on top.
- Garnish with banana slice and cinnamon sugar.
