  • Plunger (Coarse Grind): this is the best option to select for French Press (Plunger), Cold Brew or Electric Percolator (excluding stovetop espresso - see below)
  • Filter (Medium Grind): this is the best option to select for manual pourover (e.g. v60, Melita), electric drip filter brewers (batch brew), or Aeropress (if using to brew 'filter' style coffee)
  • Stovetop (Medium/Fine Grind): this is the best option to select for Italian-style stovetop espresso makers (e.g. Bialetti, Moka)

The Cat's Pyjamas: Our most popular coffee displays hints of maple syrup, cocoa, and cinnamon blending in perfect harmony with the delicate roast notes. It's the perfect coffee blend for Latte, Cappuccino, or Flat White lovers while also wowing Long Black or Espresso drinkers.

All Day (Half Caff): Sometimes you want all the flavour, just not all the buzz. That’s where All Day comes in, our new half-caff hero. A 50/50 blend of The Cat’s Pyjamas and our smooth Decaf, it delivers the same chocolatey sweetness, maple syrup notes, and hint of spice that made Cat’s famous… just with a gentler lift. Perfect for when you want your third cup without the late-night jitters.

Goldilocks: The rich, full-bodied coffee from Papua New Guinea brings a deep, earthy base, while the smooth and sweet beans from Brazil add a subtle, nutty complexity. Uganda contributes a lively and fruity note, with a touch of sweetness, and Kenya’s beans bring in a bright, citrusy zing that ties the whole blend together.
