
How to Make Your First Cold Brew
- Prep the Brewer: Insert a paper filter bag into the brewing container.
- Add Coffee & Water: Fill the bag with 250g of ground Cold Brew Summer Blend, then slowly add 1.5L of cold water.
- Steep: Seal and let it brew for 12–24 hours at room temperature.
- Filter & Pour: Remove the bag, let the concentrate drain into the pitcher.
Serve & Enjoy: Dilute with water or milk to taste, add ice, and enjoy a smooth, refreshing cold brew!

About The Coffee
This blend is lighter than our usual espresso roast to preserve the raspberry, cocoa-origin flavours when drinking black, but we’ve kept just enough roast flavour to bring through sweet notes of milk chocolate & honeycomb when serving with milk.
All you need is the Toddy® Essential Brewer & some water and you’re ready to go.

1. Pour the contents of this 250g bag into a Toddy® Essential Brewer
2. Add 1.2L of cold, filtered water and stir
3. Leave sitting at room temperature for 20-24 hours
4. Drain into an airtight decanter or bottle and store the concentrate in the fridge for up to 14 days.
