About The Coffee
This limited-edition blend is roasted to a medium level to bring out flavours of creamy milk chocolate and delicate rose notes.
Our small-batch roaster has chosen Omni-roasting for our new Valentine’s Blend allowing you to use any brewing method, like filter, plunger, or espresso, as opposed to limiting the roast to one particular method. This means you can choose your preferred method and brew a heavenly coffee for yourself or gift these beans to anyone with an espresso machine or grinder at home.

Sourced from: Ethiopia Shantawene & Peru Flor del Valle
Roasted and packaged in NSW, Australia, from imported green coffee beans.

Note: These guidelines are based on using 21-22 grams of coffee, our recommended dose size for double shots.

If you are unable to reproduce the exact result on your home machine, don’t panic, an alternative is to simply adjust your recipe using the ratio so it works best for your set up.
