Tazzina is the classic espresso. A blend of Arabica & Robusta coffees delivers a chocolatey, malty, rich caramel sweetness with a deep, long-lasting crema. With milk, the full body of this blend maintains its strength and sweetness.

Grind Guide
Plunger (Coarse Grind): this is the best option to select for French Press (Plunger), Cold Brew or Electric Percolator (excluding stovetop espresso - see below)
Filter (Medium Grind): this is the best option to select for manual pourover (e.g. v60, Melita), electric drip filter brewers (batch brew), or Aeropress (if using to brew 'filter' style coffee)
Stovetop (Medium/Fine Grind): this is the best option to select for Italian-style stovetop espresso makers (e.g. Bialetti, Moka)
Espresso (Fine): this is the best option for domestic, electric espresso machines (e.g. Sunbeam, Breville, etc)
This blend is very good and is somewhat of a competitor (for me, that is) to Bear and the Beard which I also very much like. While good, I might just prefer the latter.
Seven Miles coffee was suggested to me by a collegue who ran 10 bakeries. I was looking for a good coffee for our yacht squadron, and I have settled on Seven miles Tazzini as a great tasting blend.
Delicious coffee. First tried it at a local cafe and thoroughly enjoyed it. I immediately asked them what blend it was and then ordered some for myself. This is my second order. We’ve gone through over 4kg of coffee and I’m never disappointed. Makes a great latte, and great iced latte too. Super creamy blend and very easy to work with. We are converted.
We love your coffee and think its the best coffee you can purchase. I hope that my visitors order your coffee now as well because so many of them say "that's great coffee"
Seven Miles coffee in the morning - every morning !!! The smoothest blend to kick off the day, and maybe one in the afternoon as well ! Doesn't get any better than that.
This recipe is for espresso and developed on a commercial coffee machine. Use as a guide to achieve your desired flavour preference. If you are unable to reproduce the exact result on your home machine, don’t panic, an alternative is to simply adjust your recipe using the ratio so it works best for your set up.
