What’s the offer?

How do I redeem the savings?
Add your favourite coffee to your cart, then enter code ICD20 at checkout to apply your 20% off. If you've come via an eligible promotional link, it may already be applied.
When is the sale on?
The International Coffee Day Sale runs from 5:00am Sydney time on 30 September 2026 until 11:59pm Sydney time on 7 October 2026.
How does this offer work with my coffee subscription?
- New subscribers: Your usual new-subscriber offer gives you 20% off your first three subscription orders. ICD20 gives you an additional 20% off the already-discounted price of your first order only. The discounts are applied sequentially, resulting in an effective discount of 36% off the standard price, not 40%. Your normal new-subscriber discount continues to apply to your second and third orders.
- Existing subscribers: log into your customer portal and enter code ICD20 yourself by 11:59pm Sydney time on 7 October 2026. The additional 20% discount will apply to your next scheduled subscription order only, including where that order is processed after 7 October. Subsequent orders will revert to your standard subscription pricing.
How do I apply the code to my existing subscription?
Log into your customer portal.
- Go to Manage Subscriptions.
- Find your active subscription and click View Details.
- Scroll down to Discount Code, enter ICD20 and click Apply.
Can I use ICD20 with another discount code?
No, ICD20 can't be combined with another promotional code or offer. The one exception is your own subscription discount: if you're a subscriber, ICD20 is applied on top of your existing subscription pricing (see "How does this offer work with my coffee subscription?" above).
Is this offer available to wholesale customers?
No, this promotion is only available to retail customers, online and at our Roastery Doors. It does not apply to wholesale or trade accounts.
Is the offer available at your Roastery Doors?
Yes. From 30 September to 7 October, you can get 20% off coffee bags and pods (blends and single origins, all sizes) at our Roastery Doors in Manly Vale and Wollongong. Café drinks, equipment, merchandise, chocolate, chai and matcha aren't included, and the offer can't be combined with any other offer.
Are products limited?
Yes. Products are subject to availability and while stocks last.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping applies to Australian orders of $50 or more after discounts have been applied. Orders below $50 after discounts incur a $9.90 flat shipping rate.

Discount Application: Prices displayed on site are before the promotional discount. The 20% discount is applied at checkout when code ICD20 is entered or via an eligible promotional link.
Subscriptions: This promotion can be applied to new subscriptions and existing coffee subscriptions.

It also does not affect our standard free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Eligibility: This promotion is available to retail customers only, via the Seven Miles online store (for delivery to Australian addresses) and at our Roastery Doors in Manly Vale and Wollongong. It does not apply to trade customers or trade accounts.
Delivery: During promotional periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.
Shipping: Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Free shipping applies to Australian orders of $50 or more after discounts have been applied. Orders below $50 after discounts incur a $9.90 flat shipping rate.
General: Seven Miles reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary to do so. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.
